All orders are shipped within 24hours of purchase. Exceptions are holidays and weekends. We do offer delivery services for Tri-State customers ONLY. (Please review delivery section below) Along with standard and priority shipping, we also offer next day shipping. Please contact us to confirm next day is available. Typically all orders placed before 1PM qualify for next day shipping. Every order includes email confirmation of tracking/delivery details. 

All items are shipped out of New York, NY. If you are an international client and would like to make a purchase please contact us. We do accept payment via international bank wire transfer. Please contact us for wire instructions. International clients will be responsible for all taxes and duties associated with the shipment of their order. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please return it within 4 days of receiving it. All international returns require a valid Return Merchandise Authorization # (RMA). Please contact us. We will refund the purchase price of the item less original shipping. International returns, vary, please contact us. All returns must meet the following criteria: Unworn, unwashed, all original tags/ packaging/ hangers / accessories must be included, no perfume or other scents, no human or animal hair, no rips or tears, no other signs of being worn or damage. Based on return if any of the following criteria are not met, the return is subject to being denied or being charged a 30% restocking/damage fee.

Once a return arrives at our store and is inspected, an email confirmation will be sent to you confirming the completion of your return.  A full refund will be submitted, less shipping cost.  In house processing is no more than 24 hours.  Financial processing, takes up to 3 - 5 days depending on your banking institute.
