Shipping & Returns


How Are Items Shipped

Orders placed before 1:00pm PST will generally be shipped out on the same day.  Orders placed after 1:00pm PST will be shipped out on the following day with the exception of orders placed on a Friday. Those orders will ship out on the following Monday or next business day (if Monday is a holiday). High end designer items, process 2-3 days before shipped. You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped.  All email confirmations include tracking information. 

Shipping times may vary based on method chosen and delivery location. 

International orders must clear import/export regulations which could add to the shipping time of an order.  International customers will be responsible for all taxes and duties associated with the shipment of their order.

We currently offer the following shipping options: (Price's vary based on location & weight)

  • USPS Priority Shipping  2-3 Business Days - $5 - $8
  • USPS Standard   5-7 Business Days  - $5 to $10 
  • USPS Domestic / International $15 - $35
  • Custom  Orders  7 - 15 business days - Price based on consultation  
  • Free Shipping - On select High End Items + Special Promo Items (except large custom  orders & large travel cases) 

Return Policy


We accept all returns within 3 days for a full refund except international returns; vary due to duties and tax.  All returns must meet the following criteria: unworn, unwashed, all original tags/ packaging/ hangers must be attached / included, all accessories must be included, no perfume or other scents, no human or animal hair, no rips or tears, no other signs of being worn.  Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable and all high end designer returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee based on damage and return.  All returns require a valid Return Merchandise Authorization # (RMA). Returns Processed

Once a return arrives at our store and inspected, a full refund will be submitted .  Some returns may take, 3 to 7 days to be refund. You will be notified via email once your return has been completed.

What Happens If My Shipment Is Refused/Cannot Be Delivered?


Shipped items that are either refused by the customer or cannot be delivered by the carrier, will be returned to DMarie Boutique.  We will reach out to the customer to establish shipment again.  If no communication can be made, the customer will be credited for the product cost and tax, less shipping and handling.


International returns - The client is responsible for all duties, taxes, and/or brokerage fees. If you return an item or refuse an item and we are charged a tax, that duty or tax amount will be deducted from your order total before we issue you a refund.
